Abstract
Boolean value which, when enabled, allows creation of "roaming" one-time passwords for the web interface which are not tied to IP addresses.

Details
WWW_ONETIME_PW_ROAMING modifies the behavior of one-time password creation when WA_USE_INSECURE_COOKIE is set to its default (0, i.e., disabled). For details, please see the documentation for WA_USE_INSECURE_COOKIE.
