A number of customers have been impacted by bots that abuse the public subscription pages in LISTSERV to bombard users with bogus subscription confirmation requests. If you're in that situation, then the upcoming LISTSERV 17.5 has some powerful new features that allow you to limit or even eliminate these attacks. There are some approaches to dealing with these issues even if you're using an older LISTSERV version, which will also be discussed in this tech tip.

How can I configure single sign-on via Microsoft Entra AD in LISTSERV Maestro? |

The ability to configure accounts in LISTSERV Maestro to use Windows Active Directory authentication has been supported for a long time. While this frees users from having to remember passwords specific to LISTSERV Maestro, it still requires them to log in to LISTSERV Maestro separately. True single sign-on, however, means that users log in only once, and then they can use multiple applications without having to log in separately.
