Learn LISTSERV with a Free Email Course

Bethesda, MD (February 9, 2022) – LISTSERV is a widely used email list management platform, and now a free email course is available to help individuals and organizations learn how to use it effectively. The course covers the basics of setting up and managing email lists, as well as advanced features such as customization of newsletter templates, list archives and the entire LISTSERV site.

The automated email course is self-paced, one email a week, and can be completed in just 15 minutes per week over the course of 12 weeks. It is designed for beginners, but even experienced LISTSERV users may learn something new. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
